May 2 was our girls 4th birthday and what better way to be celebrating with our two princesses than to be in the company of some real princesses. We spent the day in Epcot and had our dinner scheduled in Norway for a character meal with all the princesses. We had a fun day going on some of the rides. They especially loved the Journey into Imagination ride with all the fun things to play with when you're done. We headed over to the countries since we needed to be there by 5 for dinner. We walked around a bit and then waited in line to meet Snow White even though she was more than likely going to be at dinner they didn't want to miss her signing their books. By the time we made our way to Norway it was just about dinner time. They have a neat little Gondola ride inside that worked out perfectly going on before dinner. Once inside the restaurant they have you wait to meet Belle and get your picture taken with her before being seated. Molly and Brynn were excited to see her but not as excited about seeing their favorites. We were finally seated and probably were one of the firsts in the restaurant. None of the other princesses were out yet but our waitress told us there would be 4 of them visiting our table soon. We got up to go to the salad bar and saw Sleeping Beauty on the other side. Molly was staring at her almost in disbelief. It was so funny. Cinderella was first to come to our table and the girls were excited to meet her.

Next up was Snow White. When she asked if we wanted her to sign their autograph books, Brynn answered like she was crazy and said "you already signed it". But that didn't stop them from getting their picture with her.

Finally as Sleeping Beauty was working her way over, Molly says to me "I'm so excited, she's almost here." But once she came, Molly was all shy. We made sure to get a picture with just Molly with Sleeping Beauty to put in a frame in her room. All the Princesses were sure to wish them a Happy Birthday and make a fuss. Sleeping Beauty even made Aidan get up to get in the picture too.

Last up was Ariel. Brynn has been talking about this moment for months being that's all she wanted to do in Disney World was give Ariel a hug. She was literally out of her seat hopping up and down while waiting for her to come to our table next. She gave her the biggest hug and just kept staring at her the whole time she was signing autographs and at our table. After dinner the waitress brought out cupcakes with candles on them and a birthday card signed by all the princesses for each of the girls. I don't think they could've asked for a better way to celebrate their special day.

On a side note, I got a cute idea on line for getting autographs from all the characters. Someone had said they brought along picture mattes and had all the characters sign them and then you can put your favorite photo in it. We had planned on doing this but then the girls got the autograph books for their birthday and wanted to use them. So luckily or unluckily for them someone was always in charge of the mattes and getting them signed. Since I was mostly the photographer, it was either my sister or Tim still waiting to get an autograph on it even after we were done. It was pretty funny. The frames came out adorable and I'll post a pic soon.
