Well we've been in the final stages of our sun room for the past few weeks. We were beginning to think the contractor forgot about us. The only thing were waiting on now is the step out of the room onto the patio and they need to fill in the top soil and seed and then the final inspection. In the meantime, Tim got all the painting done with only a little bit of my help on the trim. I wasn't quite sure what color I wanted and when we went to buy the paint Tim rushed me in picking it out. I decided on a mustardy color that's called "Golden Slumber" or as Tim refers to it the color of baby poop!!! It turned out good. Once it's officially finished then Tim can put in the heat!! We got a miniature gas fireplace at Lowe's which I can't wait to be hooked up so we can start enjoying the room. Then we're also going to be finishing the back part of the garage into a mudroom. I say we but of course Tim will do all the work. I'll just do the decorating!! I've been doing my part by shopping for all the stuff we can put in the sunroom. I'm sure the girls would be content to just leave it empty since they use it like a gym at this point.
