Today is the 17th anniversary of Tim and I going on our first date. Who would've thought back then where we would be now. We went out to dinner at a local Italian restaurant, Antonio's. Which is no longer there : ( and then we went to the movies and saw Hot Shots with Charlie Sheen. I guess the pickings must've been pretty slim that month for movies! Exactly three years after that first date, Tim proposed in the same restaurant. I still remember how nervous he was when we got there. I think he ran to the bathroom a few times too before finally popping the question. A little over a year later we were married and as they say " they lived happily ever after". 
I guess in honor of our anniversary Tim finally bought a motorcycle. He got a 2004 Honda Shadow. He's been wanting to buy a motorcycle as long as we've been together I think. He says he's wanted one since he was 13! But in any case he has put it off many times for one reason or another. The last being we got pregnant with twins! He took a motorcycle class years ago and has had his license since then. Around that time I remember telling my Dad about it and said I didn't want Tim to get one and his response was why would I not let him get one. Apparently he always wanted one too and regretted not ever doing it. I kept hearing my Dad say that this whole past week when Tim was looking at this one and deciding if he wanted to buy it. I think my Dad was looking out for Tim on this one!! I'm not sure who was more excited about the bike, Aidan or Tim. Aidan went with him last week to look at it and wanted Tim to bring it home that same day. The previous owner drove it out to our house today and turned everything over to Tim. Later, Tim took it for a ride over to his brother's to show off I'm sure!
