Phillies

Tim got 4 tickets to the Phillies game yesterday from one of his friends who has season tickets. Originally we were going to bring the girls but then the weather wasn't supposed to be so great and I don't think they would've made through a whole game anyway. It turned out that if the Phillies won this game they would clinch their division. My sister came and babysat the girls and we brought our nephew Shane with us.

The crowd was crazy!!!! I think the girls would've lasted one inning and would've wanted to go home. The weather held out the entire game and it was so much fun. Of course we had 4 drunk guys in front of us. But they kept Aidan and Shane laughing the whole time. I think they would high five each other for any reason. Halfway through the game they would turn around to high five all of us as well. The Phillies were winning the entire game and it became quite the nail biter at the top of the ninth when they only had one out with the bases loaded. Luckily, Jimmy Rollins made an awesome double play to end the game. The crowd went crazy including the guys in front of us who picked up Aidan to hug him and were grabbing Shane too. It was so exciting to be there to witness it. As one of the guys in front of us said to Aidan, you don't know when this may happen again.
